I was facing this error (""""C1041724"""") while mounting the new Mailbox Store. I have also uploaded snap to the below link

Solution which i have found
Take properties of MailboxStore-->Go to Security TAB-->Select Exchange Computer and click on APply with Full Permission.Haseeb
